Cool place in a great location. Good hosts and everything is pretty much brand new. Located above the coolest little bar in Florence.
The stairs are a little treacherous and definitely for the young. If you need room to go up and down stairs or are not nimble, this is not the place for you. The HVAC in the main area is tricky to operate and needs a long time to cool the space down. It eventually worked, but took some engineering to figure out.
