The staff was so accommodating and quick to respond and the location was perfect.
It was extremely clean and it had a beautiful view!
Air conditioning wasn’t working great in the bedrooms

JUST BOOK IT! We arrived at nearly midnight and while we were a little confused at first, getting into the building and our room was quite easy. The room itself was a delight and was stocked with bath amenities, bath robes, nespresso machine with daily coffee pods, stocked refrigerator, and an AWESOME private terrace with jaw dropping views of the Duomo. You felt as if you could reach out and touch it. You could hear the bells go off and truly felt immersed in Firenze. Free bottle of wine as well. HEAVEN! The lovely staff communicated frequently and easily for all our needs. This proved to be one of our favorite vacation homes of all time.
Tutti bene! The heat was brutal in Firenze but the air conditioning worked well and kept us cool. I cannot fault anything. All amenities were included and it truly exceeded expectations.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The location was perfect and wow the view from the terrace, lovely for relaxing after all of those steps that you do discovering Florence. Tea and coffee making facilities available and a fridge that is stocked daily with treats. Quiet at night to ensure you get a restful night's sleep.

Location, felt safe
The description and photos are deceiving. We thought we booked an apartment with an outdoor patio. It is unclear which apartment has what. The bedside shelves are tiny and not very useful. Lighting is not great. Sort of dark.
