Hi, The place was beautiful, nice people, from reception, restaurants up to the room, Thanks to the chefs, food was amazing! Sorry i cant precise the names of all the staffs as their badges were not visible and they can be introducing themselves to the guests and another thing that they can work on is just to remember to do a set up of two guests( two towels, slippers, water etc,) as i had booked a double room, otherwise they met my expectations, Thank you for hosting us and a warm welcome at reception,

The room was clean, roomy and close to the airport.

There was no cable tv only 4 channels in French language, there was no plug outlets to charge my electronic devices.

Breakfast was excellent. we all loved the food

just the fact that they made me pay for my kids breakfast. usually if you have kids they are free

Stress free airport pick up and very helpfull staf. Nice rooms

The breakfast was great, fresh fruits and juices, coffee and African tea and spiced tea were wonderful. Fresh omelettes. Lovely way to start the day and we could eat on the outdoor patios or indoors. The dinners were also wonderful and very reasonable. Not a large selection but a very solid selection. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Really we have no complaints. Perhaps more stable wifi would be helpful but it was alright most of the time.

Breakfast menu lacked variety and depth. Need improvement
