Residence Bayview di 2000 piedi quadrati progettato con gusto perfetto per grandi gruppi, a pochi passi da ristoranti, bar e caffetterie. Questa casa è stata appena rinnovata da cima a fondo pensando agli ospiti a breve termine e dispone di una cucina nuovissima e di due bagni nuovissimi. Al piano inferiore troverete un ampio atrio e un ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo abbastanza grande da riunire l'intero gruppo. Posti tavolo da pranzo 8. Il bagno principale al piano superiore dispone di una grande doccia personalizzata per 2 persone con doppi soffioni e pavimenti del bagno riscaldati. Parcheggio fuori strada gratuito.

We enjoyed the large dining table opened to the living space so we could all be together.

The home was very spacious and clean, for the most part ( spider webs in front bedroom and living room). Easy entry with key pad. Bathrooms newly redone and are quite nice with shampoo/soap provided. Living space nicely done as well. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows.
We visited in late May but weather was very warm. With no AC in house, it was literally 84 degrees in upstairs bedrooms. This made it very uncomfortable for sleeping and even warm on 1st floor. Although fans provided, not enough to cool both floors. Host did not respond to message inquiring about AC or we would’ve brought more fans.
The worst was the noise, especially in front bedrooms. Not knowing the area, it should’ve been divulged how busy this street is. Also house is across from a bowling alley where groups of people noisily hung outside past midnight
Toilet paper was paper thin (that’s a generous comment). Alley to get to house is full of deep potholes and neighbors weeds are a foot high.

But I contacted the owner and she provided everything right away! Would be nice to get code for door access a few days before just so you know you can get in.

The place had all the charm, space and amenities that your group will need. From start to finish we enjoyed the ease of getting in and out along with the functionality of all rooms, living space and kitchen. Highly recommended.. especially the beds! Great job Jessica!

The house is as described in the listing. It slept 10 - 2 in each bedroom (comfortable queen and king beds) and two on sofas in the living area. (People using them said they were more comfortable than some hotel beds they've slept in.)

House is in Bayview, an up-and-coming neighborhood that felt perfectly safe. It was a short walk to the Vanguard restaurant which has a very nice patio, good food and a nice selection of beers.
The bathrooms have been redone recently and are gorgeous. There are however only 2 of them for 4 bedrooms. That wasn't a problem for us, and is as described in the listing.
There's no AC, but the house has lots of windows (with screens), very good ventilation and quite a few fans. The temperature was hot when we were there but we didn't have any problems sleeping.

Beautifully remodeled
This apartment home is beautifully remodeled. The beds were comfy and there was lots of space to gather with a large group. The wood work inside is gorgeous and I love that a lot of the original features can be seen throughout. There were pots and pans in the kitchen for cooking and plenty of towels and linens. Overall, the stay was great.
The home was pretty warm both nights- the floor fans helped a little but I think having air condition in this home would be a huge help being you can't really open the windows at night due to the loud street noise. There are some places within walking distance but I think if you are looking for a true downtown happening location, a different/closer neighborhood might be better. One of the neighbors was also very nosey and we noticed there were quite a few ants on and around the oven when we got there although the home was extremely clean other than that.

This home is absolutely incredible and perfect for a weekend with a large group! There was plenty of space, it was super clean, and the decor is to die for! Everything you could possibly need was provided and Jessica has been amazing with planning and check-in process. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again! None of us wanted to leave. Thank you again!!

We had a great visit! There is so much happening within walking distance. The beds were comfortable with lots of space for everyone! Very clean!

Super clean, amazing wood work of stairs, built-ins, no a/c = warm and street noisy w/ open windows
We had an excellent stay! As stated above, the house was super clean and maintained! The bathrooms and kitchen were wonderfully updated (and did I mention super clean?)! We loved the original expert wood working throughout the home: stairs, floors, built-ins, … The home was spacious and great for family gatherings!
It was a little warm during our 3 day/two night stay. The home has 4 powerful floor fans for each bedroom, but no air conditioning. We needed to sleep with the bedroom windows open. Even with white noise from the floor fans, the noise from the busy Kinnickinnic Avenue made it a challenge for a good night's sleep, in the two front bedrooms. (And thus the omission of the 5th Star.)

It was a charming updated home in the middle of Bay View. The owners were very responsive and we had a great stay.
