The location. The views. The staff. The style. Very authentic. The space - very huge. I recommend!! Just make sure to bring water with, because the water in the vila is not for drinking/cooking.

The location is extraordinary and the house is enormous, with a large, but dessicated garden. Watching the stars from the terrace on the roof was the best part of our holiday. The house keeper, Mohamed, is attentive but not intrusive, and was a charming host.

The air conditioning in the main room and kitchen did not work. The fridge in the kitchen did not work. There is no drinkable water from the sink in the kitchen so you must use bottled water to cook food and brush your teeth. Each of these basic requirements must be addressed. It is not right to advertise "with air conditioning" when it simply does not work. Northern Europeans are not used to temperatures of 35+ degrees inside the house in the early evening in September.

The traditional Berber architecture and spacious home was gorgeous and well equipped. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful peaceful spot with magnificent views. Mohammed was available for anything we needed. Highly recommended.

The location is remote which is okay if you have a vehicle. Otherwise bring supplies. You’ll need lots of water for drinking and cooking because the tap isn’t drinkable. Don’t forget to bring spices, oil and salt.

It is an enormous villa with a character. Many large rooms, very clean. The people who were waiting for us were also very nice, the owner was not there but sent all the necessary information. The location is very good if you are travelling the usual circle from Marrakesh to Fez. It is a very special place!

Great location (for those with a car), in quiet area outside the city. Near a lake, beautiful garden and even better views from the rooftop terrace. Excellent reception on the premisses- thank you Mohammed, in addition to good contact via booking prior to arrival. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need (dishes, microwave etc) and exceptionally clean. Highly recommended.

We were there in January and it was close to impossible to heat up the place, although we did manage to make two rooms comfortable enough to sleep properly. The quality of the water was a real concern (strong smell), even for washing, although in all fairness the host did put notes all over the place about the issue.
