Rooms are huge and bathrooms too. Location is amazing.

We stayed in the King Suite and it was superb. Absolutely stunning room with a very comfortable bed and incredible five metre soaring ceilings with frescoes. The room is huge. The marble bathroom is wonderful and I just loved it. The room opens out into a beautiful dining room so the “palace” experience is enhanced. This accommodation is classified as a ResidenzaD’Epoca which means its historical authenticity is certified. We loved our experience here and it is a fantastic area just down from the Ponte Vecchio. The staff were wonderful and very helpful especially Giulia. There is a lift for luggage and there is a great cafe nextdoor. Also they had great coffee pods in the room and so many hotels do not.
It was all good.

The room was very clean, they gave us an upgrate to a bigger room. (It was huge!)
The location is perfect if you want to be in a quieter area of the city but still close to everything. Great restaurantes close by.
We went in August so it was nice that they had AC.
The amenities in the room were great, coffee machine, mini fridge, slippers...
Not 24 hrs lobby staff.. It was fine but that it means you have to coordinate your arrival before hand.

The staff was so friendly and helpful
This place is old and the pictures aren’t real. The mattress is incredibly uncomfortable and you can feel the springs. The curtains are old and falling apart.
