This is the absolute best service that we have ever had in all of our years of travelling! The staff and the owner were so amazing and friendly! This made our stay in Florence so special! We definitely recommend this place, we would give 8 stars out of 5 if we could! Amazing place and service! We want to go back!

The staff was very kind and helpful. They offered coffee and snacks at the arrival and helped us with everything we needed.

Amazing and very helpful owner and staff

The location was good, room comfortable.
Our stay was from a Friday to Tuesday. There was never any staff at all in attendance. There was no breakfast, despite 2-3 tables and a small basic kitchen in the lobby. Lobby is up a flight of stairs, and our room was up another flight. No elevator. Elderly people would find this a challenge.
