Property was easy to find and the owners met us on arrival (and helped with our many bags). The apartment had everything we needed including tablets for the washing machine! We travelled in South Africa for 3 weeks and this was, by far, the best apartment we stayed in. The owners, Dave and Coleen, were really helpful and their guide on Cape Town was really useful.

The location of place was perfect 👌 and the place was super clean, the hosts were phenomenal from the day we arrived.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning one-bedroom apartment in Cape Town with the most incredible view of Table Mountain. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by our lovely hosts who presented us with a bottle of red wine and a selection of delicious snacks - a wonderful touch that set the tone for our stay. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated with stylish furnishings, modern appliances, and all the amenities you could need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable - we slept like babies every night! But what really sets this apartment apart is the breathtaking view of Table Mountain from the balcony. We spent hours just sitting in front of window, taking in the incredible scenery and sipping on a glass of wine. The location of the apartment is also perfect - it's in a quiet area but still close enough to all the main attractions in Cape Town. We were able to explore the city easily, and it was always a treat to come back to our little sanctuary with the amazing view. Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment enough. If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and centrally-located place to stay in Cape Town, then this is the perfect spot for you. And with such thoughtful and friendly hosts, you'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

Owners so welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure your stay there meets all of your expectations. Room has full facilities if you want to go more self catering although eating out is great value for money and let's face it, we didn't want to cook, but it's nice to have that option.

We can't think of anything that we didn't like. Location perfect, Central to all restaurants, shops, sightseeing buses.

Location was great and the apartment was really well-equipped with even more than essentials. Concierge working at the First floor made us feel safe during the visit. Our hosts were really friendly and helpful and easy to reach when needed. All in all the apartment was tidy and nice and great choice when visiting Cape Town city centre.

I would have appreciate earlier opening time to the pool than 9am or bit later when it was under cleaning.

The apartment is excellently kitted out and is well-located in the centre of the Cape Town CBD. The apartment's owners, Dave and Colleen are lovely. Also, the complimentary wine and snacks are nice bonus. Recommended!

The place is close to Long Street, so it can get noisy on weekend evenings.

Due to the location, it was quite noisy at night but that is not the fault of the hotel. It didn't bother us that much but it is worth mentioning.

There's nothing to dislike in this apartment

We stayed in Sensational Sentinel as a family of four, with two daughters, aged 6 and 4, in April 2022. Thoroughly enjoyed it! We made the right choice! Safe. Location is perfect. Secure, inside the building parking included. The views are stunning! The exceptionally clean flat was equipped with everything we thought and did not think about: air conditioning, block-out curtains, iron, hairdryer, fan, fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge-freezer, beautiful linen, bath towels, beach towels!.. The communal pool on the 11th floor - we used it! Our children could not wait to jump in! Very well maintained, exclusive to the people living/staying in the building. The hosts, Dave and Colleen, were very attentive, courteous and very kind to us! They provided us with all the information we needed - prior to our trip to Cape Town and on arrival. They were always there for us with a prompt response whenever we needed to ask them any question. We are looking forward to visit Sensational Sentinel in - hopefully, near - future!

Sincerely, cannot complain about anything. We did not open large window door though, when our daughters were with us, to be on a safe side: the flat is situated on the 8th floor - there is no balcony, only security bars (which are part of the building's design), we were worried small children would be eager to climb them.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were welcoming and attentive. Very clean and bright. Great location for access to the V&A, Camps Bay and table mountain. Good security - I'd actually stay there alone with my kids.

The apartment came fully equipped with toothpaste, toiletries, coffee, sugar, milk and all I needed to buy was my food. The hosts were amazing, they even supplied a few surprise snacks and best of all even a bottle of delicious wine! The location is amazing and so vibey with so many placed to go and eat or have a drink! For someone who wants absolute quite, it might be a little noisy as there are bars and restaurants around which can be a bit noisy.

The aircon in the unit, mainly the bedroom is awesome but the other half of the apartment was quite stuffy and could also do with an aircon, especially when it is very hot.

Great being in the heart of Cape Town, with easy access to everywhere. Was so comfortable and we had everything we needed. The cleanliness and neatness of the apartment was outstanding. Thoughtful goodies were left for our arrival.
