Needs work

Kitchen and full refrigerator.

Went to bar two different days and no service. The hotel didn't fix a phone that didn't work. Took hotel a long time to get TV working, but it kept shutting itself off.

it was an okay stay

Newer Facility

That you only clean the room every five days and I had to ask for clean towels. I also found (not mine) a pubic hair in the bathtub

Simple hotel without any drama

No-frills location adjacent to the city center.

Pretty quiet at night, but the floors creak and you can hear people above you stomping around. Surprising for such a new hotel.

Breakfast, cleanliness, accommodations' and friendliness of the staff were all amazing!

Breakfast, cleanliness, and staff were all great! I had an appointment and needed to work in the mean time and Sammy was able to let me check in early at 8:30 a.m. That helped me tremendously and I was able to check out late as well. I was super happy with my accommodations'.

Good

The room size was better than our last stay. The breakfast was ok.

There was cherios in the hideaway bed and under the chair - didn't seem to be thoroughly cleaned.

Pleasant

We were there for the craft show on Library Square. The location was perfect as we walked to avoid parking down town.

Wouldnt stay again

Sorry to say the breakfast was horrible! For the rate that is charged per night...need to do better!!

Breakfast...pool area was too hot water too cold...overall too much per night for what is offered

Acceptable room - only problem was the shower.

Upgraded to larger room, staff person at check in was very friendly - second shift for this new employee.

Shower drain was plugged. Shower curtain had quite a bit of mold/mildew along the bottom. The rest of the room was clean.

I would never stay at this hotel again if under same management.

Worst custom service ever. Horrible management. Sent a letter to manager and she lied.

Pool 72 degrees my kids couldn't swim in it. Pool area and rooms dirty, staff rude, no extra blankets, microwave didn't work.
