The staff there was so pleasant and helpful, cheerful and easy to work with. The room was clean and very comfortable.
The reservation process. The reservation on one of my rooms (I reserved 3) was totally messed up. The staff worked hard to fix it and eventually did but it took some work on their part. The reservation was supposed to be for 2 nights, but it was only reserved for 1. The staff had to work to find a way to let me stay in the room for that second night. They were saying the computer process wouldn't let them easily change it. I will never book a room on Bookings.com again.

Breakfast was basic. No fresh fruit.
The room was very quiet. That was very pleasant.

The bed was comfy, I liked the hand soap and the shampoo; the coffee was good
The hair dryer was very old. When I used the high speed setting, it quit working. I have thick hair and drying it on med. takes forever. Also, no coffee in the room!! Really? That seems like a staple now. Also, the carpet and my sheets were damp.

I liked the property and the location. The breakfast was pretty good too.
The front desk girl was very unknowledgeable. I had to wait over 20 minutes for her to figure out how to check me in and I had a broken ankle standing there. She also told my relative my room was upstairs when my room began with a one. And she couldn’t tell me how much the hold would be on my card. These are regular hotel operations and if you don’t know how to do these items you should not be running the front desk by yourself.
