Holiday paradise with pool
Vacanze in una spaziosa casa per le vacanze con piscina e ampio giardino. La bellissima spiaggia di sabbia lunga un chilometro è l'ideale per lunghe passeggiate ed è a soli 10 minuti a piedi. Ideale per i bambini che si appiattiscono nell'acqua. Sulla strada per la spiaggia troverete vari ristoranti, caffetterie e negozi.
La casa è una casa per non fumatori con 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, un ampio soggiorno e zona pranzo, una cucina ben attrezzata, una terrazza con vista sul giardino e sulla piscina (9 x 4 m) e un cortile privato con acqua calda e fredda. Doccia, terrazza sul tetto, posti auto per auto (uno dei quali coperto), un ampio giardino con molti alberi da frutto che possono essere raccolti stagionalmente dagli ospiti. Tutto questo si trova in un'area di circa 1000m².
Biciclette per brevi distanze possono essere utilizzate su richiesta.
La piscina viene pulita due volte a settimana. Un giardiniere viene due volte a settimana. Se vuoi essere indisturbato, puoi anche annaffiare te stesso, sono disponibili ausili per il lancio.
La casa si trova a Manta Rota, una cittadina nella sabbia dell'Algarve. 45 minuti dall'aeroporto di Faro e solo 20 minuti in auto dal confine con la Spagna. Siviglia è raggiungibile in circa 2 ore.
Città e zone molto belle sono Vila Real de Sto. Antonio, Tavira, Olhao, Sagres, l'Algarve roccioso e, naturalmente, Cabo de Sao Vizente, la punta più occidentale d'Europa. Nell'entroterra ci sono Lulé, Sao Braz de Alportel e Alcotim da scoprire. Una guida è in casa.

A home from home. Fabulously equipped. Fantastic large villa. Great pool. Great location. Pool house not advertised but also great; it has a pull out bed, small kitchen and lounge area and large shower/toilet - perfect for couple or teenagers. Cannot fault this place ( watch out for daytime mosquitoes though).

The property is in a nice, quiet, residential position and the pool is clean and cared for. Walking distance to the town and beach made it easy for us. The garden is small but pretty and fairly private given the house position.
Having someone to meet us would have been a nice touch, or even someone checking in during the stay or when leaving. We had no contact with anyone. However, we managed with the lock safe. I'm sure most people wouldn't worry.
The property itself has air-conditioning which was great but the kitchen and bathrooms would benefit from some updating. There is pretty much anything you want in the property including seating, pool floats, games, kitchen utensils etc. which was appreciated. Bring a hair dryer!
The only negative - I would add that this is the first time in 20+ years we have stayed in a holiday rental which is used by the owners and contains all of their belongings. I personally found this a little strange and had to be mindful that some food in the freezer / wardrobe contents / personal belongings were not to be touched or used. Perhaps easy to be respectful of this arrangement as adults but I had to be very vigilant bringing children with me. Maybe this is more common than I thought, but I have not come across this arrangement before myself.

Just returned from a week in Manta Rota at Casa Adam. My entire group had a wonderful time and were so glad we stayed here as opposed to more populated areas further west in the Algarve.
The property was beautiful and pretty much exactly as described online. The gardens are beautiful, the pool is quite refreshing and the beach is a blissful short walk away.
As we did venture into some of the local towns, having a car helped. The location is very accessible to the N125 and the A22 (toll road) to move about.
But for a beach holiday, this is exactly what we were looking for.
