Good cruise! Hieu, our guide was excellent!!
Food is ok (desserts missed) no drinks included, rooms are very nice and comfortable.
Kayak activity is superb as well as cycling was very nice!!!
The cooking class and fishing.. meeh, not great..
FYI They offered to pick up from Hanoi and drop off in Ninh Binh. 25 usd per person.
Worst experience in my whole trip!!! In the bus after the cruise, we drove 7 hours instead of 3, bus followed a different road and went in the middle of a city full of traffic, also because we were stopped for 2 hours with no reason and driver was very rude, he wanted us to go to the bathroom in middle on nowhere in the plants!!! We were so tired and loosed the whole day in bus (traffic was reason for like 30-60min delay,, but not for the 4 hours…
Bus back after the cruise, worst experience I had in my trip. Lost a tour I had because it took us 7hours instead of 3!!! Bus took a different more traffic and longer road.
Food is just ok, no desserts and no drinks (just water).
We didn’t finish any squid, no one showed us what or what to do.. just leaved us with the hooks..
Cooking class, just saw how they mixed bunch of ingredients and fill the spring rolls, they took them to fried them somewhere else..

Choosing 3D-2N trip with Unicharm was truly one highlight of our stay. Before coming to Halong we were a bit worried about the crowds but with this cruise we did not feel them but got to experience a side of the Bay that was relaxing and truly beautiful. The activities are so well planned and timed and we had a very good time with our tour guide Louis. The crew on board was gentle and forthcoming. I would recommend this tour to anyone in a heartbeat!
