We wanted a quite place to stay that we could fish and walk to the beach! This place offered both!!! Will definitely be back

Arrived and found that the central hvac hasn't worked for multiple years. Cooling was only done by window units in some of the bedrooms. House was comfortable but it was mild temps while we were there.
As for accuracy, there was not a washer and dryer for the unit, but rather one was 'available' to use and shared by all units and not in a convenient location.
the marsh dock was very nice, and enjoyable. I think the property owner needs to invest a bit into the property to make it more acceptable. Considering the price was comparable to others we've stayed at, we would choose the other separately.

This is absolutely perfect location. Perfect for fishing and kayaking! Serene marsh with beautiful sunsets, low and high tide, swing and fire pit. Short walk to the beach (10 min) to a perfect location on Tybee. Property itself is not for fancy lovers, but has everything we needed. We loved our stay, and planning on coming back next year!

This is our favorite family vacation place. We rent two of the apartments. Everyone has their hang out spots. The kids love the playground and adults love the dock and screen house. A nice 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach.
Many little quirks. But I didn’t pay for the Taj Mahal. I paid for family time.. Love this place.

The property was clean I enjoyed my stay the kids loved the playground/swing set. It could have had a few more items like washcloths in the bathrooms as there was only one per bathroom and hand towels in the kitchen

First, let me start by saying it was a really nice stay. However, there were things that definitely could be improved upon. To begin with the main bathroom did not drain properly and you were showering in ankle-deep water; the 2nd bathroom was fine. There were no wine glasses available, so evening glasses were coffee cups. The red chairs (which was how we identified this property) need a good scrubbing. The extra toliet paper was not stored in a cabinet but on the TPstand and the extra rolls were dirty and stained from floor cleaning. Not very pretty to look at or use. Finally, there were no towel racks in the bathrooms, so towels were hung on door knobs or the shower rod. There were a few other things but I stress again, it was a nice stay, clean and a beautiful location. But the little things do matter.

The property was excellent, some plumbing issues, leaking faucets.
The communication with the host was horrible. We were never told our unit # so we waited for a while to check in. In trying to call the mailbox was full, a lot of unanswered questions. When you logged into the WIFI you were notified of weak security.

Nice Tybee Getaway
Very nice 3bed/2bath unit attached to 3
other units. Loved getting to fish in our own backyard every day! Does need a a/c unit in master bed and communication with host was not always easy to do. Nice and quiet location! Easy to access the local features!

After a few bumps ( HVAC was broken. Owner had 3 window units placed in home.. Housekeeping missed a few things) we had a great time. We love Tybee.

A couple of family members rented a hotel room just so we would all have access to functioning plumbing. Property needs a thorough cleaning - stove drawer was filthy, rugs were dirty. Property manager was responsive but was hindered by holiday weekend.. We still had a great reuniion.

We loved our stay here! It is part of a multi-family home, so you do not have the property to yourself, but the living spaces are blocked off from one another. The dock house and dock were great and really fun to have access too!
Our only complaint was that the coffee maker was broken.

Only surprise was cost of parking on any public street or parking lot.

It was problem after problem. The internet nor TV worked for the entirety of our stay. The listing doesn’t tell you that the washer and dryer are OUTSIDE of the home. It was very dirty. The showers were disgusting. I would never stay here again. It was worse than a one star hotel. The thermostat was LOCKED with absolutely no way to change it. The fireplace didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

The swing at the end of the property overlooking the marsh must be the best seat on the entire island. We saw ospreys, a bald eagle, herons, egrets... and a dolphin strand feeding in the marsh stream. It is also an easy walk to the beach. The house itself is comfortable; it's an older house, and we had a couple of minor issues with a faucet and internet that were quickly addressed. The on-site contact, Loren, was incredibly kind and helpful. If you are looking for luxury, this probably isn't the place for you. But if you are looking for a place that is not fussy, and you love the beauty and peacefulness of a barrier island marsh, you could not do better.

Our family enjoyed four nights in unit 1. The dock with access to Horsepen creek was amazing. We rented a tandem kayak and kayaked to Little Tybee where we saw sting Ray's, beautiful birds, blue crab, large shells with hermit crabs and even a shark. It is a nature lovers paradise. I highly recommend this location for it's proximity to the beach combined with the dock access.

Our family enjoyed four nights in unit 1. The dock with access to Horsepen creek was amazing.
