We stayed in a King Tower View room and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, stylish, extremely comfortable and finished to a very high standard. The hospitality throughout the hotel was superb. We were made to feel very welcome, housekeeping was excellent, and the level of service throughout our stay was consistently high. The Wet Deck was a real highlight. The branded W coconut drinks, poolside pizza and overall pool atmosphere were excellent, and the Moët & Chandon vending machine was a great touch. As a Gold status member, the complimentary drinks and food in the Veuve Clicquot lounge were also very much appreciated. Breakfast and the food generally were superb, with a great selection and very good quality throughout. The location is excellent for KLCC and the surrounding area, making it very easy to explore Kuala Lumpur. There is also a spacious gym and sauna available, although unfortunately we didn’t have time to use them. We have previously stayed at the W Dubai and personally found W Kuala Lumpur to be considerably better. The rooms, service, hospitality, facilities and attention to detail were all of a very high standard. This is easily the best W hotel I have had the pleasure of staying at so far and will be very hard to beat. We would happily stay here again.
