If I have to stay in Shang Ri-La Kuala Lumpur for work purpose, I wouldn't book the club room again.

Booked the club room, nice and spacious Great amenities Friendly staff and helpful

Room felt a bit dusty, triggerred my allergies a bit. Received just normal hotel toiletries. Advertised will receive Loccitane toiletries. Club facilities were average, have been to better ones in other 5 star hotels in Kuala Lumpur. Average food spread, very strict about who I bring into the club (needed identification details). Not worth unless want to use other facilities in the club. I don't drink alcohol and yet always had to call for drink or coffee refills (cheaper than cost of alcohol).

Aufenthalt war sehr gut, tolle Lage, tolles und umfangreiches Frühstück. Schöner Style des Hotels.

Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück. Alles bestens.

Die Zimmer könnten eventuell wieder mal eine sanfte Renovation gebrauchen. Grundsätzlich bin ich auch kein Fan von Teppich im Hotelzimmer.

Perfekter Ort für Sightseeing und Relax in Kuala Lumput

-Saubere Zimmer -Perfekte Lage, man war überall und super schnell entweder mit dem Grap oder auch zu Fuß -Mega Frühstücksangebot,selbst kurz vor Schluss wurde alles nochmal frisch zubereitet und aufgefüllt. Wir haben erst vor Ort das Frühstück dazu gebucht, war auch gar kein Problem. Um die Ecke ist auch ein Starbucks aber wir waren morgens doch zu faul und damit super glücklich. - am Pool gab es mittags kostenlos einen Obsspies oder ein Fruchteis - der Pool selber sehr sauber - die Angestellten super super nett und immer hilfsbereit

A wonderful chill little few days in a beautiful hotel with excellent service!

The hotel is a little oasis in the heart of KL. The customer service from everyone is exceptional!

The pillows in the room were a little too soft.

Konumu mükemmel ve fiyata göre çok konforlu ve kaliteli bir otel. Lobbysi harika!!

Konumu bizim için mükemmeldi. Petronas Kuleleri’nin altındaki avm’ye yürüme mesafesinde olması işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı. Ayrıca otelin efsane bir lobbysi var. Orada güzel vakit geçirdik. Akşam piano eşliğinde güzel bir müzik dinletisi vardı. Çok keyif aldık.

Otelin girişindeki ihtişam maalesef odaya gidince biraz sönük kalıyor. Odalar temiz ve konforlu aslında ama yenilenip modernize olmaya ihtiyacı var diye düşünüyorum.

Away from the crowd. Nestled in city but in a nice enclave . Shuttle bus each day to main shopping points Variety of food and quality ( @lemon garden ) Pool was clean, lap swimming was pleasant and surroundings were quiet and there were nooks to relax quietly

Incredible. Strongly recommend.

It’s right in KL center. Easy to come and go from everywhere. The hotel is simply amazing. The staff, the service, the breakfast and the gym / spa area are fenomenal.

Great location to walk to KLCC, Pavilion, Bukit Bintang & KL Tower. Limit your time in the room get out and about.

Very pleasant and attentive staff. Lounge is lovely and live entertainment was very nice as well. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection food was well presented.

Not sure if our room was exception but it was very dated and worn. Carpets, draperies and fittings all are in a dire need of refreshment. No instant coffee maker which is the norm for 5 star hotels these days.

Had a fantastic stay here, the staff were very good.

Used the Horizon Club facilities, which was great value for money. The staff were very helpful and professional. The food was very good.

Nice stay

We stayed at the hotel and there was a conference that time. We like: 1- The bed was perfect and comfortable. 2- Cleaning amazing. 3- Breakfast was very nice. 4- Room view great.

What we don’t like: 1- The room was too small compared to pictures. 2- Location is good but it gets crowded and hard to transport by cab 3- Busy and crowded hotel especially in the lobby maybe because of the conference

Exceptional Service

A great hotel. It was a transit stop for us on the way back to Australia from Europe. I fell iss in the middle of thje night and rang reception. Not a problem. Joseph on the front desk arranged a car and staff member to take us to a 24/7 medical centre. I was able to get some treatment/paid relief, the hotel sending a car to pick us up. We then able to continue our trip later that day. An expectional hotel and expection staff and service of the highest order. Forever grateful !

Definitely worth revisiting

The ambience, the rooms, the service everything was top notch. The spa service was great as well and definitely will visit them again when in KL.

We had another stay in KL in Aug 22, a 4 star hotel under the arms of a 5 star hotel. In their buffet breakfast, if you are a paying customer and prefer to do a takeaway of their hot beverages and / or cakes, pastries, they happily supply the beverage cup and paper bag. Being in the same industry and a 5 star rated hotel, I believe this much service may be made available in this hotel too. Of course, the responsibility lies with the patron as well that they do not misuse this policy.

Memorable and peaceful stay.

Location is perfect. Shuttle was provided going to KLCC and other nearby malls. Hotel staff are very accommodating and polite.

I think its better if they add more options for breakfast. Maybe swimming pool needs to upgrade as well as the spa.
