E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur

Fantastic location, clean and spacious rooms, great outdoors

Lack of buffet breakfast and pool could be better

room spacious and clean

nothing

Stanze molto ampie, personale estremamente gentile

Stanze apparentemente eccellenti, ma datate. Posizione lontana dai mezzi

Location is good. Breakfast is yummy

This time I am quite disappointed. The rooms need better maintenance. In our room, the air conditioning, some lights, and several power sockets were not working. After the technician fixed them, the kitchen air conditioner started leaking heavily. No real apologies or alternative options were offered. Since it was already check-out day, a room change was not helpful anymore. Both the technicians and the receptionist seemed rather unconcerned. If you book this place, please make sure to carefully check the room and all facilities before settling in.
