Location

All nice

Rooms are spacious. Location is at the heart of the bukit bintang. Impressed with the staff Aarzoo and Aditya. They were very nice and helpful.

The lounge in the front desk is not of a 4 star category hotel. Washroom is the lounge need attention.

Excellent bed

Employee training not good enough  1.the reception English is not so good. 2. I asked him to make a phone call for me. He didn’t recognize the Malaysia’s country code so he dial wrong number . In the room, there is a small kitchen but do not have any pan or pot’

The price was not value for the services i got. Room was not cleaned when first entered it has dusts. Was difficult to reach reception via phone and we didn’t received what we requested to send to our room. Pool was not accessible and gym equipments were almost damaged. Breakfast buffet was not worth it. Mostly indian dishes hence disappoints the other cuisines. Our room was locked when we asked the staff that we would be extending the stay. Had an big trouble regarding the stay.

Room had good Facilites, very spacious. Nearby area had good restaurants.

Nothing as off now which could be mentioned.

Loud music playing till 2am it is located near to many pubs.

Perfect location as you have access to the key places of KL city from here. There are good restaurants, street food spots and shopping areas located closed to the hotel. Breakfast is excellent with a very good range. Beautiful swimming pool with great views of the city.

One of the reception staff was horrible. So much attitude which makes me wonder how a group like Ramada interview client facing staff.

Well located in an area full of restaurants. Held our suitcase while we went on a two day excursion.infinity pool was very pleasant. Washer and dryer available for minimal fee.

Although not glamorous, the property met all of our needs.

Balcony door no lock. WiFi dreadful kept dropping out. WiFi not secured :( WiFi none at all 5am-7am on last day. Toilet paper extremely thin and useless. No hand-towels. Mould on floor edges in shower. Kitchenette has no pots, no pans, no chopping board, no kitchen knives, no cooking utensils, etc. no tea-towel to dry dishes. Not really a kitchenette at al!! Booking car/taxi to airport: On day before departure, asked Reception about 8am for price. They said RM 130 fixed. We said will consider and come back to them. In afternoon, we decided to book airport car/taxi and Reception sain RM230!!! When we said we were quoted RM130 in the morning, Reception made us think feel they thought we were lying by stating that the cheaper price was not possible. They said they had just contacted the morning reception person, who denied quoting RM 130. On our last night, at 10:15pm, when we were asleep, Reception telephoned our room - WAKING US UP FROM SLEEP to ask if everything was OK.... !!! ??? WTF We expected better from a global company like Ramada. :)

The location, suite to stay together with family and robot

Zero cleanliness, ants in room, washroom and cupboard, cockroach in kitchen, Dirty towels, sheet and blanket cover Dirty washrooms plants growing out of balcony floor, no staff to help with luggage, No pan for cooking top, no washing powder and no drying rack, we do not go on holiday to buy these things, then why are facilities given if cannot be used. Dishwashing powder, soap and shampoo are provided then why leave this gap. Daily cleaning of the room is really bad, floor not mopped if anything is fallen.

- very nice pool area with view of the buildings around, big city life vibe! - we had a big cozy and quiet room - nice surroundings, central location - good to know: very convenient location if you plan to go to the Taman Negara NP afterwards as the bus stops at the hotel (book the bus in advance with the hotel in the NP)

- you need to pay a deposit fee (even if just for one night) which we didn't have to do in other hotels in Malaysia
