Our rental was great from beginning to end. Check in was so easy. Staff was super helpful, so nice and so efficient. Check in was on time as well. The house was perfect for our large family. So much space, well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed family meals together, watching fireworks on the rooftop and many days in the pool. You can see the ocean from the decks and it was an easy walk. Everything worked great! I would recommend telling your kids upfront the elevator is for convenience of taking bags up and down but not something to use every time and not to lean on the railing in the top deck. These are the only things that were something I worried about. The house was also so clean and easy to keep clean. Cleaning staff did a great job as well!

The only thing I didn't like was check in. Most send a code or have a lockbox location at the actual residence. It wasn't super far away, but check-in was Sunday at 4pm and they close at 5pm on Sundays--way too narrow of a window, if we missed the window we would need to come back the next day to check in when they open at 10 and show ID it is just inconvenient for a house rental when it could be done so much easier.The house itself was super nice tons of space and room for the whole family. Kitchen was large and spacious. Pool area was great with tons of beach chairs and pool floats. The outside decks were nicely furnished and had a ton of space for eating or just hanging out and talking. The view was pretty good for being 3rd row I was nervous we wouldn't be able to see the ocean bc of the hotels, but the vacant lot gave a nice view of the ocean between the sea castle and carolina Reef. Not sure how long that will last but enjoy it while it lasts!The hosts/staff were all super friendly. The cleaners were still at the house when we got there around 4:20pm I thought that was a little odd, but they were super nice and professional, not sure if they were just running behind or not but it did throw us off as we weren't sure if they were previous guests.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was fairly big and close to ocean. We had a family of 16. Wi-fi only worked on 2nd floor. The pool was not cleaned when we got there but someone stopped by on first day. Overall it was a good trip. I would stay at this house again.

At 1st glance rental home appeared to be clean but eventually we started noticing roaches in the kitchen even though we were not even cooking in the kitchen. The roaches varied in sizes (small/baby roaches up to adult larger roaches) which means that there’s more than likely a nest of them within the rental house. There were also several fruit flies/gnats flying around inside of the house as well as crawling around is the refrigerator. The pool was suppose to be cleaned twice a week but it didn’t seem like the pool cleaning company ever showed up to clean anything. The other minor issues such as the cracked toilet seat, non-functional patio sliding patio door, and non-functional jacuzzi bath tub that we found with the house were taken care of very quickly by maintenance so they are very responsive if you have any issues. Awesome view of the beach from the rental house and close location to several great restaurants. The screened in balcony is awesome, however all the furniture on the balcony is severely rusted. You will need to bring or purchase your own beach towels because there are none provided at the rental house. They do provide bath towels but they are not to be used for the pool or beach. The garage and elevator were very nice amenities which we had no issues with those. The recliner sofas are definitely past their expiration date, they’re peeling, cracking, leaning, and corroding/molding so I hope they get replaced soon.
