It was nicely decorated.
Staff lovely and friendly.
Good location and breakfast was delicious. I love a full Scottish breakfast.
I like the history of the building too which we found out from a local resident.
Free parking too which is always a bonus.
There was a bit of a mix up with rooms. Someone had been put in the junior suite we booked but the young gent quickly got us into another room and couldn't apologise enough.
Also, a mix up with payment (not the girls fault in the morning as she had spoken to a supervisor first) but Chris managed to quickly resolve this.
Only the mix up over payment and the room, but like I say, both were quickly resolved

Location. The girl on reception with dark hair was lovely and very helpful
Room could have been cleaned better. Could do with some redecoration. Car park was filled with work vans
