Situato a 1330 Ocean Drive, la vista diretta sull'oceano e la spiaggia si trova dall'altra parte della strada. Nuovissimo condominio con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, terrazza vista mare e parcheggio. Grazie alla splendida vista sul mare e alla vicina spiaggia situata proprio di fronte, questo è il luogo perfetto per trascorrere le vostre vacanze.

Avviso importante: affittare un condominio senza licenza a Miami Beach può comportare lo sfratto immediato da parte della Polizia e pesanti multe.
Anche se tutte le camere sono dotate di nuove doppie finestre acustiche, Ocean Drive può diventare rumoroso di notte a causa di bar situati al piano terra. Un'altra proprietà è disponibile sullo stesso edificio e piano: la Netherland R5F le cui camere si affacciano sul retro dell'edificio.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at The Netherland R5B! Giulio was a top shelf host with outstanding communication. The apartment is nicely appointed with everything you could need. We were in town to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and they made sure to start it off right... a lovely bouquet of flowers, some balloons, and a bottle of wine. We have stayed at several places along South Beach over the years and this trip sealed the deal... we have found our home away from home. Close to everything but with all the comforts of home. The pulse of SoBe beating right outside the door, but inside we enjoyed quiet nights of restful sleep. Comfy beds, relaxing showers with great water pressure, beautiful balcony to watch the beach come to life while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning... it was divine. A huge bonus to have a secure parking spot. I HIGHLY recommend a stay in this luxurious unit at The Netherland! Thanks again to Giulio and his team for helping me coordinate what my hubby assures me was the best surprise he's ever had! You guys were incredible! See you again!

My friends and I really enjoyed this condo. The check in process was very easy and the apartment was spacious and quiet with a beautiful view. The location was walkable to most everything we wanted to do and we would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect. Host was easy to reach and very accommodating! Enjoyed having the surf shop in the building and the restaurant was also very convenient.When we would sit on our balcony or walk to the beach one of us would always say “location location location”Can’t say enough wonderful things and the beginning of our week stay started with a hurricane :)
