Incredibile appartamento di charme con piscina (2 camere da letto-2 bagni e un mezzo bagno) situato a 10 passi dalla sabbia della più bella spiaggia urbana di Puerto Rico. Situato a Condado, San Juan, un quartiere vivace (il più sicuro e). A pochi passi da una varietà di ristoranti locali e alla moda e 10 minuti in taxi dall'aeroporto e dalla Vecchia San Juan. Abbiamo una centrale elettrica nel caso in cui l'elettricità vada nella zona, molto importante dall'uragano Maria !!!
Godetevi la brezza pacifica e il sole al mattino nella top piscina sul tetto piscina o in spiaggia e poi divertirsi ad esplorare ristoranti, pub, discoteche, ecc in Condado (bevande), Old San Juan (Salsa), Isla Verde (Disco), Piñones (Bomba y Plena) la sera.

Myself and several friends stayed for 6 nights and we had a great experience! The communication with Isabel and Ana was great - they made sure we had all the information needed about the rental with clear instructions, and they also sent us a very comprehensive guide to local eateries and recommendations which we took advantage of! The place was well equipped with beach chairs and towels, as well as enough kitchen supplies for basic breakfast prep/meals, though we mostly ate out locally in San Juan. We had parking for our rental which was extremely convenient. The unit was as described, plenty spacious and the access to the beach was definitely a highlight! Literally 1 minute walk down a path and you're there! A few minor notes - the water did go out (no fault of the owner/managers, as this is common in SJ), and it was on our last day so it did not significantly impact us. Also, the mattresses were not very comfortable but we were so tired from our activites that we still slept well. Overall, would definitely recommend and really appreciated the great communication, spacious unit, and amenities it offered!

Amazing!! Everything was terrific. Such a cozy, homey, beachy place with an incredible view on the roof! Just about everything you need is provided, including the most thorough, local travel recommendation list from the hosts. Specifically, Ana, who is there to answer any questions you have via phone, text, or email…She even checked in on the place when we were gone, only because I was confused how to lock the door properly lol. You’re on the beach in 30 seconds!Easily catch an uber wherever!Eat breakfast close by (Pinkies!!) Airport Is 15m tops! And don’t forget to utilize the hammock inside, with the best sliding doors ever!!I want to go back now!!

The location was perfect, the rooftop view is and will forever breath taking. My trip wasn't perfect though as the roof began to leak on night 2 and continued for the majority of Day 3. Once I notified the team, I received a passive response that included instructions on how I could take care of this concern myself. Which,I found inappropriate but I didn't make a huge issue out of it. As,I felt it would take away from the events I had planned. These unexpected event I there after call "Birthday showers." The only other issue we encountered was the wifi. It was awful. However, it is plenty of fun outside, so watching TV or strolling the web wasn't a high priority. Apartment 6 did not meet our expectations but overall the trip was delightful and I had a ball despite the small obstacles. Puerto Rico is so beautiful
