Really lovely space.

Terrace on a different level. No issue really but we have a young child so couldn't leave them and enjoy the terrace in the evening.

Cozy flat, really close to the pier. Private terrasse.

The appartment is lovely. It is very tasteful and well decorated. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and very close to the city centre. You can walk everywhere so no car car needed. The beds are comfortable and the roof terrace a big bonus. The hosts are super attentive and were always asking us if everything was okay.

It really pains me to say anything negative about this place as it really is lovely but "The noise!" I know that the hosts are not responsible but If you are light sleepers then we advise you not to book this place. There is a bar outside the front bedroom that opens at 6.30am and closes at 11pm. The waste collection is anytime between 1am and 3am and this wakes everyone up! The windows need to be triple glazed throughout the property to make it a more enjoyable experience. We did not get a full nights sleep during our stay. It was the only downside but for a family that likes to sleep it was very important for us (especially being on holiday).

The property is in a great location for local cafes and restaurants, and close to La Caleta beach. Very comfortable accommodation with everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful. The property also has a really nice roof terrace with comfortable furniture.

It is hard to find anything to criticise. Perhaps if you a light sleeper you may find one of the rooms a little noisy as it's on the road next to a busy local bar.

Perfect location to explore old Cadiz and the beach. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Great stay and the roof terrace an added plus.

Very nice flat, less than 100m from public beach and ca. 500m from town centre. Interior was very nice. Roof terrace available. Bedding was ok.

The biggest issue in this flat is noise. The windows have single glas panes and the window frames are not really solid either. Which lets cold, but mainly noise through. Under one bedroom is a bar that opens at 6:00am. The clients are very vocal when they are having their coffee. At 6:30 it dies down a bit. However most of the day there is always something to debate in this bar until it closes at around 23:00. Most of the clients are heavy smokers, so there is always a bit of tobacco smell on this side of the flat (the window frames are not sealed). Fortunately there is a second bedroom facing another street. Parking is not free, 16-20+ Euros per day, good availability off-street.
