The facility was well-equipped and spacious. We were 3 people in the unit and never felt crowded. The location of course was stunning and we liked walking up and down Main Road and of course the promenade was special. The outdoor walking is dependent on the weather, but we struck it lucky. Sea Point rocks!!!!!

The TV service was one dimensional, we could only access Netflix. There was a rotten drain smell in the bathroom and locking the front door was a mission.

our stay at firmout was perfect, very well received, the house had everything and more, it surprised us from start to finish and extremely well located, I certainly recommend it.

The apartment was furnished and packaged with everything you'll need as a guest. Access to the building was also stressless. Amazing host too!

The basin drain had a bad odour, but keeping the waste cap down helped.

I liked how close it was to all the activities in central Cape Town. The room was spacious and neat and had all the amenities required for a self-catering apartment. The security staff was friendly and the owner was extremely warm, helpful and friendly.

There was just an odd sort of drainage smell in the bathroom.

The location was central to everything so it was easy to get around. The security personnel we extremely friendly and easy to speak to. The room was spacious and clean.

Close to shops and restaurants. Everything we needed was there.

The microwave was on top of a tall fridge i found it difficult to get to it’s. not the owner fault but the lift would not stop at floor three going up but if you pressed three to go down it would stop as we were on floor three when going up we had to go to floor two and walk up to three or go to floor four and walk down The tv did not have a proper tv channel only Netflix and utube but it was impossible to watch Utube as it would go for ten minutes and then freeze so it was impossible to watch any of the news channels to catch up with the news

excellent location. good value for money. spacious, everything you need.

it’s a bit bright at night for me with the outside lights but that’s just a personal thing when I sleep.

I liked everything in the apartment. The place is secure, there's wifi and Netflix. The place is exactly like the pictures show. It was clean and there was extra linen (very thoughtful). The ladies are superfriendly and made sure we were comfortable. Definitely would book the place again.
