The super friendly owner. The price. The location.

Property could be better indicated. The location in Google Maps is good but there is just no sign.

It’s a nice quiet location, but close to the port area for travel. The owner is incredibly nice and accommodating. His wife made snacks when we arrived. The room is large, with an additional kitchen-like area next to the bathroom with filtered water and sink etc.

There is no hot water, but we were aware of it from other reviews before booking….so no surprise and no problem.

Perfect for one night if you arrive late from the ferry station witch is very close ! The host is very nice and friendly, late check out available

The owner and his family are very nice and client oriented people. I was very well accepted as a woman sólo traveller, I felt save and fully supported.

After experiencing issues with both fast boat and ferries we found ourselves stranded at the docks with about 1000 of travellers - in need of accommodation overnight due to ferry cancellations I stumbled upon Bougenville Homestay. The family (of Islamic faith) greeted us with open arms and could not be more hospitable. Throughout the day more and more weary tourists arrived and even though all rooms were booked they gave up their sons room and also the husband/wife room. The whole experience was so humbling the way they would go that extra mile - not for the money but just wanting to help

I was sick from sick poisoning in bali, so I had to stop a couple days, they were very kind and offered everything i needed, fruits, food and medicine. The room is veery big and clean
