Nice room with good breakfast , and a garage parking under the hotel

We decided to stay for the reasonable price at time of booking and that it had a kitchenette as we like to prepare meals when travelling. The hotel is nice in a quiet suburb just outside the Arr. we had a one bedroom apartment just nice for 3 adults - there were 2 metro stations which were fairly nearby - supermarket pharmacy and cafes were within walking distance.. Overall a pleasant stay!
The location is a bit far from central Paris and the commute took at least 30-40mins each time - we did choose because it was a good price for 3 adults & cooking facilities but a location within the Arr. may be a better choice in terms of saving travel time.. besides that everything else was good!

The walls and the ceiling were so dirty, covered in some stains.
