Close enough to everything in Rialto.

The mattress is horrible. Needs replacing. We had trouble sleeping springs were sticking into us.

Location was excellent. Facilities were well maintained and real clean.

Nothing to dislike

The view from the family room was absolutely beautiful, overlooking a canal, several bridges, and the bell tower of Santa Maria Formosa! The room itself was spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff member who welcomed us, Bahar, was so kind and friendly. The value for the city of Venice was great, especially for such a central location close to both Rialto and San Marco, with quick access to so many restaurants and shops and transportation.

The suite is pretty outdated; however, the pictures with the listing accurately depict what it looked like so this wasn't a surprise, and the excellent price point and amazing view made us forget about the decor. :)

It is in a great location with all the attractions in walking distance. The host was very accomodating with our late arrival. It was clean and had a kettle for tea facilities and a ‘common room’ which had a fridge and microwave.

We stayed twice and didn’t have any issues the first time. The second time the room was clean but worn looking. There was no hot water in the bathroom and on messaging the host about the issue we did not receive any response.
