Helpful staff, great location and a very nice full breakfast included with our room. Having a glass of wine outside at the water taxi entrance was one of the highlights of my trip.

The property was in a fabulous location and staff were very friendly.
I didn’t get a response when asking for the best way to get to the hotel from the airport despite chasing. We had water in the room upon arrival but it wasn’t replenished which was a bit disappointing. But I would recommend the hotel, the room was ready early and they were very helpful on site.

Hotel is great! Easy walk to San Marco and other areas in Venice. Breakfast is good and has a nice restaurant and bar onsite. Clean and good size rooms and super helpful staff. Highly recommend staying on your next trip.
