Reception staff welcoming and dining room staff efficient.
Hotel very well located in pleasant side street and close to Rialto.
Room reasonable size for single occupancy and breakfast most adequate, catering for all tastes

It is more or a hotel than a B&B but has the charm of a B&B. It is decorated completely in a style that reflects Venice. I had a small room with a twin bed and it was perfection. After initially hearing a little noise (kids running), it was extremely quiet. I slept well and was very comfortable. I appreciated the safe. I am sorry about the shower. There was always a pool of water even after I tried to change the direction of the shower head. Don't know if it was me or the force of the water getting throw. But a nice shower with power and hot hot water. There is a wonderful breakfast as well. The location is right in the heart of Venice and the most popular sites are within a few minutes of walking. It is a wonderful place. Thank you for the welcome juice and to the lovely young man who rescued me from walking around for hrs at night. Venice is very tough to figure out esp if you maps app isn't working. I am so grateful to him for sticking with me on the phone until he directed to closer to the hotel. Never even got his name because I just wanted to get to my room. My hero! This is a place to stay. Be warned, though, there are steps. The lovely person at the desk offered to help with my big bags but because they are the low rise steps, it wasn't too bad to navigate.
