Our home offers four comfortable vacation apartments that are ideal for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature. With a wonderful south-facing location, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the charming village of Bodenmais and the surrounding mountains. The vacation apartment is lovingly furnished and offers you the perfect retreat after an eventful day in nature. The area around Bodenmais offers numerous hiking and biking trails that lead you through the unspoiled nature of the Bavarian Forest. The charming town center, with its cozy cafes, restaurants, and shops, is also just a short walk away. The Zilly vacation apartment on the first floor, which is approximately 42 square meters, features a small, secluded lawn with two lounge chairs and a terrace with a table and corner bench. Both face south. The living/kitchen area features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, four burners, and a dishwasher. The large dining table with four chairs is perfect for cozy get-togethers. A large corner sofa, a coffee table, and a living room cabinet with a TV round out the space. The small but charming bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 3.60 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night will be charged separately on-site. For children ages 6–15, a tourist tax of 1.80 EUR applies. A bread roll delivery service is available upon request. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking. Payment is due on-site in cash or by card.
