Our home offers four comfortable vacation apartments that are ideal for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature. Situated in a beautiful south-facing location, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the charming village of Bodenmais and the surrounding mountains. The sunny balconies and terraces invite you to enjoy the fresh air and the impressive scenery to the fullest. The vacation apartment is lovingly furnished and offers you the perfect retreat after an eventful day in nature. Whether you want to relax, go hiking, or explore the region’s diverse recreational opportunities—you’ll find everything you need for an unforgettable stay here. The area around Bodenmais offers numerous hiking and biking trails that lead you through the unspoiled nature of the Bavarian Forest. The charming town center, with its cozy cafés, restaurants, and shops, is also just a short walk away. The cozy “Stephan” vacation apartment, measuring approximately 32 square meters, features a small bedroom with a double bed and a three-door closet, as well as a living room with a two-seater sofa, an armchair, a dining area, and a TV. From the small south-facing balcony, which is furnished with a table and two chairs, you have a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding mountains. A fully equipped kitchenette with two stovetop burners and a newly renovated bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet are also located in this attic apartment on the second floor. Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 3.60 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night will be charged separately on-site. For children ages 6–15, a tourist tax of 1.80 EUR applies. A bread roll delivery service is available upon request. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking. Payment is due on-site in cash or by card.
