There is a small as fully stocked kitchenette, with a fridge & freezer, microwave, 10-1 mini oven, a hot plate, and a new KEURIG. A small carpeted sitting area, with two chairs, & 2 TV trays, that's great for reading, resting, or if you must, answering emails. Room is set up for a max of 1-2 adult individuals looking for a relaxing get away, visiting friends nearby, or a short business trip. An added bonus is the direct lake access into the channel right outside your door. Take advantage of our amenities: paddle boat, 2 kayaks and aluminum boat rental with oars for $25 a day. This property is located on a private road with little traffic, and you can run, walk or just enjoy the scenic views from the deck too. No parties, tents/campers, or charcoal grills of ANY kind allowed. A final note: this property is for 2 adults only, no kids are allowed at any time. This property is adjacent to another home, therefore the Max is 2 guests and we prefer that no additional visitors/guests come.
