There are no neighbors on both sides of this home. We do ask that when on the back side of the property you respect quiet hours after 11 pm. We do have echoing through the canyons. The back of this house show cases two decks over looking the pool/spa and canyon. A huge built in bbq area with grill, dishwasher, sink, & refrigerator on lower level next to pool area! The most amazing fire pit that will seat up to 40 people sits to the right of the pool. The home is beautifully furnished and has enough space for large gatherings to never feel crowded. A custom 12 foot table will seat up to 18 for large sit down dinners. The lower level entertainment room has a poker table, foosball table, shuffle board table, 70 inch T.V. and a full secondary kitchen with a built in ice maker, full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. You are 25 minutes from Marble Falls with two more beautiful wineries and gorgeous Lake LBJ. You are 7 miles from Villa Antonia Wedding Venue. This would be the perfect house to entertain and host out of town family guests, along with the bride and groom. You are one hour from the Austin airport, Bergstrom International and downtown. 25 minutes from Marble Falls and Lake LBJ, 10 minutes from Lago Vista, & 25 minutes from Cedar Park & super close to all retail, restaurants, and entertainment.
