Exceptional

What a beautiful apartment to stay in. Beautifully restored and updated- spacious, and even smelled lovely. A fantastic location if you want to stay in the old city area of Porto. Catia was also friendly and helpful- showing us around the apartment and helping us with all of our questions & reco’s about Porto. This was the perfect style Of stay for us- like an apt rental, but with the bonus of personal customer service and housekeeping. I wish we could have stayed longer.

A stunning property that made exploring and staying in Porto a dream.

It was exquisitely designed, modern and so clean. It was in a central location and Caita could not have been more helpful during our visit. A stellar 10 out of 10 Porto property!

Beautiful building, lovingly restored in a perfect location all overseen by an excellent host.

Location and apartment were beautiful, host is lovely, friendly and professional.

The view didn’t live up to expectations and it was also marred by loud drilling for 10 hours a day from the workmen directly opposite. No fault of B28 apartments, but I would not have booked or paid that amount of money if I’d known as it rendered the beautiful living room uninhabitable due to the noise and the workmen being able to see in (as well as spoiling what there was of the view).

Absolutely beautiful and convenient stay in Porto!

Such a wonderful stay all around! A beautiful and comfortable space with everything you need. Excellent location and the staff especially Catia was so kind. Would love to come back!

Blissfull, comfortable bed, lovely linen, excellent location

beautifully restored building with lovely interior decor , the owner was very friendly and helpful and there is a very lovely kitty who lives on the property rescued from the street

Beautiful apartments, inpecably furnished, ideal location, wonderful staff.

Beautiful apartments, impecably furnished, with incredible views over the city and the river. A quet location, but only steps away from the tourist center of the city. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Highly recomended.

Great accommodation in the middle of everything

it‘s a beautifully remodeled old town house, tastefully furbished. Spacious, lots of light and in the middle of everything. Short walking distance to all major sights. Also a typical Portuguese breakfast bar is nearby and the - potentially - best Nata I had at Castro are a couple of minutes down the road. B28 is a great choice for discovering Porto. We got great great tips for our stay from Alida - thanks for the great hospitality.

There is no lift so you need to be at good health to climb the stairs. Alida was so kind and helped with the luggage all the way up to 4th floor!

The host was delightful, helpful and friendly. The location is central and easy to get to many cafes and restaurants.

A lift would be helpful for getting to the upper floors with luggage.

perfect location and such a beautifully renovated & decorated building. Excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area too.

We thought it included a small breakfast & coffee in the morning but that never happened.

A very nice stay

we really loved the room, it was so pretty, was roomy and had lots of light! the decor was also homely and chic and the best was the hotel staff who were so prompt and helpful with everything. there was also a gorgeous cat at the store right below the apartments which was extremely friendly.

Since it is a renovated old property, there is no lift and quite a lot of stairs. while it was okay for us, older people and people who might have a handicap will find it difficult.

Lovely place in the center

Very nice and convenient place right in the center. Walking distance to many interesting sights. The staff is kind and very polite. The apartment has beautiful design and even small balcony. Lovely to stay for couple nights. I would recommend.

Superb

Excellent location, within walking distance to everything, restaurants, historical sites, and entertainment. Very comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the old city. The host met us in person and gave an overview of the accommodations. We would definitely stay here again.

Be prepared to walk up four flights of stairs. We are active people so this was not an issue for us but for others who may be more mobile challenged this probably should have been better clarified upon booking.

A beautiful, tasteful and comfort apartment in the lovely city center.

Every detail was considered. The apartment was lovely and clean and smelled wonderful. Check-in was seamless and we were helped with our luggage. We could not have asked for a kinder reception. The view was amazing and the location was fabulous. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if we returned to Porto.

We were on the 5th floor and for those with mobility issues, the climb would be laborious and would definitely recommend traveling light. However that is the price for the amazing view. A washing machine as opposed to a dishwasher would be a welcome addition but it clearly states on the website that there is none so it’s just a suggestion that would complete an otherwise perfect apartment for travelers that have been on the road for a while.

modern decor in a great location

The location can’t be beat! the apartment is within easy walking distance to the many sites of the center of Porto. The modern interior is lovely - you can tell the renovation was done with great attention to detail. Catia was a fantastic host with great suggestions and was very attentive. we definitely want to come back!
