AMAZING property! We LOVED staying at Ron & Orline's lovely house! It's such a perfect location - literally 2 minutes away from R. J. Corman's lovely dinner excursion train (what a romantic experience!) to the beautiful downtown with its charming shops and restaurants! We very much enjoyed walking the half-mile historic stretch to and from downtown. Ron & Orline's hard work and attention to detail are obvious, from Ron's warm welcome and walk through to ensure all our needs were met, to the care and thought they invested in every inch of the property: beautiful new kitchen, designed tastefully and functionally, with high quality materials and well equipped (we appreciated the Keurig coffee machine and the capsules!), to the cleanliness of every inch of the house, to the white tablecloth dinning table (don't think I've ever stayed at a "white tablecloth" VRBO! :) Most restaurants nowadays don't get to this level of thoughtfulness and "luxury"!). All the decor is very thoughtful and apropos - we felt truly immersed in the KY culture. THANK YOU, Ron & Orline for a wonderful experience! We look forward to visiting you guys again!

Bardstown was our last stop on a three city tour of 13 different bourbon distilleries. Excellent location, very clean, super nice people. Enjoyed our stay, and would recommend to others.

We stayed 1 night to go to the Bourbon City Street Concert. It was a great location to walk to the festival. It is such a cute homey place. We had a great time with friends. Lots of little extras provided to make the stay memorable. Thank you so much!

Our overall visit to Bardstown and Louisville was terrific. We had a great time. The house was wonderful. It was so cute and unbelievably well-stocked. Ron and Orline thought of everything and then some. The beds were so comfortable that I want to get the same one in my house. Location was great and the house was not only adorable, it was SO clean.

We travel a lot and typically stay at VRBOs. The hosts here were fantastic. The sweetest people and they had the house supplies with so many extras that made such a difference. We felt like personal guests. And Bardstown is the loveliest town. If you are traveling in this area I highly recommend this house and Bardstown as your base!!

Owner was very welcoming and it was nice that they had ice, coffee, snacks and fully equipped.

We had two events in the Bardstown area and this property was very close to one (Old KY Dinner Train) and made getting to the second event on Sunday afternoon convenient after check out. The home was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Ron greeted us promptly and explained everything we could have possibly needed. It was a wonderful experience.

Check in was easy. Ron was there to greet us and show us around the house. House was clean and great location to everything. Has everything you need for a quiet getaway.

This is our second stay with Ron & Orline. An absolutely beautiful home with a wonderful host. We will be back nextyear!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Bardstown. The house was ideally located for our Bourbon trail excursions. Ron met us at the house and walked us through and answered any questions we had about the house and surrounding area. The house was very clean and comfortable. There were toiletries available, if needed. Bed was comfortable. We were plenty refreshed for the next days itinerary. The kitchen is adequately stocked with decent cooking items. There are several dining establishments within walking distance. There were several distilleries within a 15 minute drive from the house. We will definitely look into staying here in the future.

This was the perfect spot for our overnight stay in Bardstown. The house was cozy and clean! The house was nicely decorated for the holiday. Everything you need is provided. The owner was so nice and easy to communicate with!

We stayed at this adorable stone home for our honeymoon and to start the Bourbon Trail! Everything about our stay was great - from the owner greeting us, many special touches ( coffee and candy!) and a lovely, historic home. It is centrally located to 5 distilleries along with walking distance to the historic downtown. Thank you Ron and Orline for a wonderful stay! We will be back !

We loved Bardstown. What we didn’t enjoy is being asked so often when we would arrive. Our hosts wanted to know arrival time and frankly we didn’t know, but they did say they would be there no matter what time we arrived. When we did arrive the son of the hosts was INSIDE the house to greet us. We did not need to be greeted by anyone… too creepy. I had to ask repeatedly for the code for entry.. we received it finally right before we arrived.

Really a fantastic host. So friendly kind and helpful and extremely welcoming into his wonderful home that is ideally situated in the town. Would fully recommend!!

I've stayed in probably a dozen VRBOs, and Ron and Orline's attention to detail, responsiveness, and friendliness are second to none. I heartily recommend you stay in their beautifully curated home while in Bardstown!

This was the perfect getaway for our anniversary. Charming cottage that was close to everything we wanted to see. The hosts were wonderful and very thoughtful with what they have for guests. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing location. Next time we come back they will be the first place we check to stay!!!

We had a wonderful time and Ron was a excellent host and the place was so clean and really decorated beautifully and they have lots of amenities there to use.

This is the 2nd time that I have stayed here, and I have enjoyed both experiences. I came alone to visit some of the distilleries and to enjoy the area. My wife is not into bourbon or distilleries, so we both thought it would be best to go it alone. I really enjoyed my time staying here and taking in the area. The owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met. The place is clean and has everything you could need. It felt like a 2nd home, and the owners are available if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again.
