Great location, property needs improvement.

The location is absolutely perfect to be in the heart of the Ribeira district.

I hate to leave negative reviews. But the property needs to address many issues. The stairwell should be deep cleaned, it smells. The apartment on the 3rd floor has a strong mold/mildew smell. I began having sinus issues after the second day. I eventually left after the 3rd night, leaving two of my five nights unattended. I booked a boutique hotel closer to the city center where I could finally breathe without tasting mildew/mold on my tongue. The shower door does not close, so water leaks all over the floor. We had to use the floor mat and our bath towels to soak up the water. The staff did drop off new towels after I notified them. There was no dehumidifier in the room, which might have helped. They really need to address the mildew/mold issue because they could have a great rental unit. The location sells itself.

Fantastic location but too small for a family.

The central location is fantastic. The area is lovely. Instructions before arrival and all communications were great.

The apartment was booked for 4 people but really only sleeps three. The bedroom/living room has a double bed and a sofa that the back drops down on to make a bed. This really only fits one person and not two. My two children had to top and tail and struggled to fit/sleep. The apartment is in a very old building and the granite walls cause it to be very damp/humid.

Good location, though noisy, but should have been closed during construction

Location was convenient to the river and to restaurants

I literally had debris raining down on me while trying to get in the front door. I complained multiple times and it pretty much fell on deaf ears. Room is next to a tunnel that is very loud at night

La ubicación sin duda, es cómodo y fácil llegar

Habían mosquitos, y no hay donde estacionarse, me quedé mismo al frente espero no recibir una multa, pero no es culpa de los dueños es de Booking q yo pedí con estacionamiento y no filtro bn lo q queria
