Totally enjoyed our stay at this property. Fell asleep every night to the sound of the ocean. House is very well equipped. Lots of plates glasses, etc. Can’t speak to cooking utensils since we never cooked. Impressive stock of cleaning supplies & paper goods which is actually surprisingly unusual in rentals. There was a mixup with the cleaning crew, however, Ken was extremely apologetic, responsive & we resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend.

This place was the first one populated as I search filtered beachfront properties specifically. I booked on impulse without seeing that it was actually oceanfront and beach view, not beachfront. It was a great place to stay but disappointed as I only booked for the sole beachfront purpose.

Best Beach House around!! It does not get any better than this beautiful Beach House that basically sits in the Ocean! Immaculate modern home with all modern ammenties. Plenty of space for a family & wonderful work area for those working remotely. Location is ideal close to many restaurants & shopping!! Great communication & easy check in/check out!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!! Can't wait to return!!

Stayed here as our niece was getting married in the area. Fantastic location; sound of ocean at night was magical.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was a real kitchen and fully equipped, and beautiful to look at. There were two decks that look directly over the water and were magnets for everyone in the house. It is a lovely house and highly recommended!

Perfect location. Cannot get any closer to the ocean. Kenneth was very easy to get in touch with. Very responsive. We went as a family of adults. We had plenty of room. Property is well maintained. We would go back again!! FYI - if you have big cars parking in driveway is tight. But Kenneth said we could park on gravel driveway next to house and that helped. It is worth getting up in morning to see the sunrise! Stunning!

Kenneth's house is the perfect spot for a Mass beach town getaway. Breathtaking views, Kenneth is easy to communicate with and the house is very clean and pleasant. 10/10 would recommend.

Great place, right on the water. Quiet street, but sound of the ocean all day long. Decks overlooking the ocean, both upstairs and down. Light filled living room, lovely master bedroom.

The property couldn't have been in a better or more beautiful location in Scituate, right on the ocean as described. We couldn't get over how lovely it was to be right on the water (even in April). House was very clean, great amenities, perfect for our small group of friends in town for a wedding. Host Ken reached out well in advance to give us info about check in and out, and had handy instruction sheet in the home for our stay. Would absolutely stay again!!

We rented the property for the Easter weekend for our family. The house is spotless and was ideal for our group. We loved the proximity to the Scituate Lighthouse and the quiet neighborhood. We fell asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. Thank you Ken for providing such a beautiful rental.

I rented this property for the night before and weekend after my wedding for my bridesmaids and I. It was beautifully situated in a quiet neighborhood near the lighthouse, and right on the water as described. The layout, room set up, and main floor were even more perfect than photographed and made for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. Waking up and standing on the master balcony every morning for sunrise was invigorating andade for great photos! The living room and kitchen perfectly accommodated the 7 of us for relaxing in the morning, breakfast, and dinners in the evening. The walk ability to the lighthouse/surrounding beaches was so enjoyable, even in chilly November. I will certainly return to this property in the future for summer get aways and off season relaxation. Thank you Ken for being an amazing host!

Booked this gem for my daughter's wedding weekend. Spacious, clean, comfortable and the view is second to none. The host was extremely attentive when we could not figure out how use the downstairs thermostat. This house made the weekend exactly how we wanted it to. Plus, everyone was jealous of our find. We were in town for a wedding and chose to stay here instead of a hotel, great decision, loved this house.

My husband & I stayed for two nights this last weekend and it was wonderful! The home is very nice, clean & comfortable with everything you might need. There is no comparing the stunning views of the ocean. Listening to the waves at night and napping on one of the two decks is phenomenal. Ken is a pleasure to work with. This is our second time staying there and can't wait to go back! Can't recommend it enough!

The location was spectacular. The view of the ocean from the two decks was exactly what we wanted. We could hear the waves and it was perfect. However, there are safety issues. There are no locks on the sliding doors on the ocean side of the house. While Scituate appears to be very safe, it would have given us peace of mind to know that we had locks rather than sticks to hold the doors closed. It could have been cleaner, as well. There was an actual mushroom growing through the grout in the bathroom. The trip was wonderful and Scituate was beautiful. The house could use some TLC.

Everything was excellent. Could not figure out how to turn on the gas fireplace though, maybe add some instructions to the check in info.

We stayed for the week. The house was spotless. Everything worked in the house as it should. We ate at a different hometown restaurant every night that where all close by. The views where amazing. We would defiantly recommend this to anyone. We give a huge thank you the the owner for opening up his place so that we can enjoy a little piece of one of Gods most beautiful creations as well.

This house was so comfortable and the location was amazing. The deck off of the master bedroom was our favorite part. Where else can watch the sunrise over the ocean from your bed? We already booked for next year.

The town of Scituate is so lovely as well and visiting it is such a nice break from other busy high tourist areas.

We enjoyed our short stay - we were attending the Levitate Festival and the only thing wrong is that we weren’t at the house much… but waking up to the sunrise and going to sleep to the sound of breaking waves was terrific. Nice space in a quiet community with a sweet town nearby. Thank you! .

Great sunrises. Perfect location. Stayed over July 4 weekend. Festive street. BBQ and cook outs all over. Sitting on both decks in the evening is amazing.
