Enjoyed the easy access to the beach. After checking in and getting parking passes, it was easy to come and go. Liked that the development though large was away from the busy part of the town.
The access code was very long. The unit could use some updating. For some reason the water to clean off the sand from the beach got turned off on Sunday (our last day).

The location was great, close to everything did not have to leave the property unless we wanted to. The private beach was very nice and quiet not many people. Had a nice view of the ocean. It is very quiet at night and peaceful. Everything you needed for the beach was in a closet ( did not know this before buying sand toys and beach things).
The bunk beds were not accessible or easy for my two children to sleep on they were small and in what use to be a closet space. My kids were not able to sleep on them but the pictures did not show that.

The location of the beach
The condo was very dirty. Food splashed all over the place sand and chips all over the floor all of the dishes, utensils and pots and pans were filthy inside cabinets were dirty and also there was a utility closet with all kinds of dangerous items that my four-year-old kept digging in. It wouldโve been nice to know that that was there so I couldโve prepared everything
