Probably the best hotel in Dong Hoi and one of the best in Vietnam!

This was easily the best hotel my wife and I have stayed in during our month travelling in Vietnam. We were on the 16th floor and our room had a great view over the city. The room was huge and the bathroom was also large, it even had a separate bath. The staff were wonderful and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. For the price, this hotel is a spectacular bargain and comes highly recommended by us.

There was nothing we didn't like, this hotel had everything, was extremely comfortable, and easily justifies it's 5-Star rating.

La piscine bruyante avec travaux, pas d’accès au jacuzzi, petit déjeuner très moyen, personnel ne parle pas un mot d’anglais, impossible d’avoir des cocktails au bar, tout est à peu près

Ottimo soggiorno

Tutto ottimo, la piscina e la spa in particolare sono fantastiche, specialmente dopo una giornata di escursioni

Abbiamo chiesto il servizio di lavanderia ed è stato velocissimo ma i vestiti non sono stati lavati con acqua come richiesto, credo siano stati lavati a secco.

Really good and the caves in Phòng Nhã is worth visit in the off season (start February).

The staff helped us with the tour booking to the two caves in Phòng Nhã. It was absolutely great and adjusted for our needs with two small kids. We planned the tour an hour earlier (7 am instead of 8 am) and we were one of the first to visit the cave that morning. The guide was really good. The tour and guide exceeded our expectations - and we can really recommend this.

The floor in the pool was very slippery when it got wet. The hotel has mat to reduce but not on the entire floor.

Hermosa experiencia pero……

El hotel es muy confortable con habitaciones muy grandes, camas muy cómodas, un placer por donde se lo vea.

Habiendo una pileta para niños y una para adultos ambas estaban ocupadas con niños tomando clases de natación lo que hacia que no fuera nada confortable su uso. Viendo que no era agradable por el ruido quisimos ocupar el yacuzzi pero hay que abonar extra, es decir no hay un lugar para el relax en el agua porque en uno esta lleno de niños y en el otro hay que abonar extra.

L’hôtel est bien placé et les chambres sont correctement propres. Le petit-déjeuner est bon avec pas mal de choix.

Le personnel fait son travail mais est indifférent et pas amical.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir können nur wärmsten weiter empfehlen

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend für Asiaten sowie Europäer. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Sie geben sogar Auskünfte für Restaurants, obwohl im Hotel auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant gibt.

Excellent service and rooms to die for

The rooms and amenities are second to none. We loved our joining rooms with our kids and loved the extra touches that they added that made our kids feel welcome. The service here was excellent - very attentive, kind and always with a smile. Their breakfast was definitely worth adding to our booking. One of the best we have had while travelling through Vietnam! Well worth it! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us.

A highlight of our trip.

The staff were exceptional- warm, friendly, helpful- a genuine desire to look after guests. Surprised also by the English skills. Excellent meet and greet from the airport. Ms Nhan was particularly impressive but all staff were very good. The room was large, comfortable with a spectacular view of the river and the fishing activities. Breakfast was excellent- Ms Thuong was wonderful, as were the staff at the egg station. Great location for promenading along the river and visiting the market.

The pool was closed for maintenance for which the staff repeatedly apologised.

Rooms were big and spacious. Beds were incredibly comfy! Gym facilities were good.

Would be nice to have some outdoor sunbeds near the pool.

Great facilities in a good location.

Beautiful hotel in a great location with lovely facilities. Lovely big pool. The children’s room was a really sweet set up.

Some funny edges to the service - they were super strict about the breakfast timings and also they check your room after you’ve left before you can check out. I sort of understand these things but we didn’t experience them elsewhere in Vietnam.

Absolutely fantastic stay, would come back and recommend

We had a wonderful experience in this hotel!It started right at check in, with Nhan from the reception desk. She was super helpful, friendly, personable and efficient. She delivered a wow effect by thinking for us, booking our train tickets for the next day, and offering a late checkout :) At the spa, Loan gave me the best head, shoulders and back massage I ever had! She was very attentive and careful. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were attentive. I had forgotten to pick up a spoon for my yogurt, and before I could get up, one was handed out to me! To be noted also, absolutely every staff member was perfect, smiling and courteous, without exception. Most of them have good English proficiency. The bed was very comfortable, with 3 good different pillows for each guest. The food at the restaurant is very good and constant. Room service was top notch!

We could unfortunately not enjoy the pool, as it was crowded with screaming kids…
