Quiet during the night.
On each floor they had a table and seating area.
Unfortunately for us it was very close to our room. And we had several veitenamese mem sitting there drinking and smoking whilst playing card. Didn't make it very quiet in our room.
We choose 4th floor because we thought it woukd be quieter buy these people sitting outside meant we couldn't rest in our room.
Also large party of veutamese were staying and they got preferential treatment and we were moved a couple of times to different tables on tge restaurant because they wanted the table for their other guests.
I think they were just overwhelmed and too busy on the second night because on 1st night they were so attentive and lovely.

Everything was good. Luan, his family and staff treated us like friends. We eat at the hotel restaurant most of the time, I recommend the tapila with tomato topping, it is perfect, nothing like the frozen stuff we get in the UK. Pool was perfect for some exercise and cooling down. This area is largely unaffected by mass tourism, though with the new road being built, that wont last, so go there now and support the local economy which currently benefits the locals.
Everything good.
