The house is an excellent location,clean and the stuff was really friendly and supportive.
I didn’t like in the apartment the fact that the walls were not well insulated. It happened both nights to wake up during my sleep because of people moving in the apartment next to us.

Love the location right next to the Fado restaurant. The rooms were clean and not clutteted with unnecessary decorations. I liked that there was no cleaning staffing the hotel. I did not feel the need to lock my suitcase every time I left my room.
There needs to be a person on-site. It was very stressful to wonder what would happen if my phone died or was lost and I could not get to my access code or to the Booking.com messaging page. Joaquim did answer all my questions, but there is still that 100% reliance on cell phones that is bothersome to me.
Aside from the AI concierge, I suggest that the hall lighting stay on a little longer for entering the room code.

Location was good
I’m not a fan of the electronic room entry system. But I suppose it is the future.
€2.50/hour for a locker is outrageously expensive.

The location was really good,easy to reach the main touristic places and restaurants
We reserved room with the terrace but it wasn't the terrace just a door to dark two steps hole between the walls. I do not call it terrace 🤣😭
The bathroom was with a mold
