Enjoy Lexington like a local in this hip spot near downtown, UK Campus, Keeneland, Rupp Arena, and a short drive to the Kentucky Horse Park. Bungalow Bill’s is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath property with room for 6 people to sleep comfortably. The first Floor offers a spacious open floor plan with lots of natural light, a fully renovated and functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a queen sized bedroom, full bath and mudroom entrance off of the back deck. The second floor offers a full bath, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, spacious guest closet and another queen sized bedroom. Wonderful covered front porch, large back deck with grill and spacious fenced in back yard offer tons of outdoor entertaining. Off street parking for up to 3 vehicles is available. The house is ideal for UK sporting events, Keeneland Races, Horse Park Eventing, and Lexington's Town Branch is on the Official Bourbon Trail. Owners and Property Manager live nearby and are readily available. Kentucky Local Rentals hosts multiple vacation rentals in the greater Lexington area and are ready to give you a Kentucky Experience you wont forget. Kenwick is absolutely lovely and very community and locally driven. Walking around the area is inspiring; the architecture and preservation is beautiful! Located a block from Ashland: Henry Clay's Estate which was established in 1811 and is a beautiful preserve of historic property and nature. Tons of shopping, restaurants and bars in Chevy Chase, Downtown and the Warehouse Block. Grocery, liquor store, drug store all within a mile. Lextran picks up nearby and has frequent scheduled runs to downtown and Keeneland Race Track. Location is about an $8 Uber/Lyft to downtown/Rupp Arena. If you have special requests, please ask! We are very accommodating to children and can offer pack-n-plays, high chair, and other baby needs on request.

This lovely house was perfect for our stay. We came for a baseball tournament for son. I had grandparents with me who slept on the main floor. My son and myself used the upstairs. I loved that you could control the temperature upstairs and down separately. I get hot and my parents were cold so it was perfect. This only issue we had was that there isn’t a house number on the porch. We weren’t sure at first we were in the right place but once we figured it out everything was wonderful. Exactly as advertised and very clean. We would recommend staying here anytime!

My stay couldn’t have been more perfect! The home is located within walking distance to parks, adorable neighborhood market, restaurants (Magee’s and Cole’s are a must) and Twin Mirrors Brewery! The setting is peaceful and has a fabulous front porch and back deck area. Will definitely stay again when back in town!

The property was very clean and homey. There was a nearby grocery store to stock up for a long weekend of visiting, sharing meals and attending a wedding. The park at the end of the road was a lovely place to take a morning stroll. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was adorable and so inviting as soon as you walked in. Beautiful kitchen with everything you would need. The bedrooms were comfortable and decorated beautifully . Televisions in all the bedrooms and living room but we were so busy we didnt watch them much. The owner provided brochures of sights in the area to see. Neighborhood was safe and quaint. We totally enjoyed our stay!!
