Appears the fireplace insert has not worked for some time. Notations on whether that is a permanent situation should be included or it should be repaired.

We had maintenance problems. First of all the gas fireplace would not work and they couldn’t send somebody out to fix it. We were at the beach on stormy days and it would’ve been nice to have a fireplace to warm up. Then we brought steaks to barbecue and the barbecue was so dirty and rusty and moldy that we could not use it. They sent someone to clean it and it still was bad. The manager did go buy us a new one for the next day and we were able to have our steaks. There were other issues but minor.

Awesome location - so close to the beach! Great view of ocean from the living room. We thought it was a more updated than a unit we rented in the summer and the beds were more comfortable. Roomy for 3 people and our dog.

Disappointed a few things did not work - the gas fireplace, the heating element for the dryer, a bathroom light that flickers for quite a while and the storm door was broken and when it was windy kept slamming open and shut. We finally had to wedge it with a rock to keep it open.
