The location was excellent .
We had a leaking toilet in our room that we brought to the attention of staff within an hour of checking in .
They contacted us during the day to say it was fixed .
We used the toilet during the night and the & problem occurred.
This meant that we were unable to use the toilet or stop the flow of water or sleep.
Maintenance did not attend until after 9 am and explained that the part was not available to repair . They did the best they could but didn’t manage it well - we were not offered a complimentary refresh of our room after all the comings and going’s, an alternate room or a Complimentary breakfast - nothing just I’m sorry !
Also the kitchen sink mixer spout flew off and water went everywhere in the kitchen .
Maybe we were just unlucky !!!

Lovely clean spacious apartment. Very comfy bed.
Was a long way up a hill if you plan to walk with luggage! Bathroom very small and more modern shower would be good. The garden and pool area are lovely - but for us spoiled by the fake plastic grass…which made it look tacky.. when underneath it was beautifully landscaped. Really not needed!

Great location, just outside the busy touristy area, but walking distance to all sites. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, very cozy and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and polite. The pool area was a great place to unwind
The fridge was so noisy, we could hear it in the bedroom

Lovely apartment overlooking the rear garden area and pool . A little further out of the city centre than we had imagined , but walkable in approx 15 minutes .
Need better mattresses . Bed very firm and uncomfortable
