The resort's structure is generally good. The staff is very helpful and polite.
I felt the resort offered few attractions for guests and also lacked a games room and a tennis court. They need to improve on that point. Also, the food at the buffet was somewhat repetitive and the desserts, for those who like them, were not appealing.

I had a fantastic 7 nights stay at Bakour Hotel Suites There was so much to like i had the all inclusive package the bar staff a making drinks was top tier my fav drink was pineapple juice with coconut rum. it was a beautiful surrounding calm and quiet the rooms were very clean spacious and fridge was always stocked up i was upgraded when i arrived to a junior suite and i was very appreciative of that and staff were amazing very friendly also incredibly accommodating deffo value for my money
The pool vibe was excellent would have been nice if we had staff who we could order drinks from by the pool area overall i would recommend this hotel more for a relaxing kina vibe
I didn't like the fact that in my room the showers was cold for my whole stay and the TV was not in English also was upset that i could not go into the sea water on the beach as there was too much seaweed.
The food was great but it would have been nice if there was more variety and also juice machines where we could fill our own drinks other than that every thing was great
Oh and the Wifi kept chipping in and out

Claim of vegetarian options is false, staff was unfriendly about accommodations, despite adults only advertisement many children present, trash on the private beachfront every day, clogged sink
