The room was spacious and clean. There were some ants in the room. The location is convenient for reaching the city center. Free bicycles are available for guests.
It would have been useful to have a kettle in the room.
There isn’t elevator.

From the moment you walk in and get a warm and genuine welcome, you know that this place is rightly recieving excellent reviews.
Nhoc and Sinh have created the perfect homestay. They are so lovely and their children Queenie and Nicolas adorable.
The rooms are large, well furnished(with very comfortable beds) and spotlessly clean. Fresh towels daily.
Free bikes, water, tea and coffee.
They arranged our onward travel for half that of 12go.com and took our bags 400m to the main road to meet the bus.
The little takeaway next door is delicious. Also recommended is Ngon Vegan 1.5km for lunch and Yaki House Buffet 750m for dinner, or Bia Lanh 74 for great street food
After two months of traveling this is one of the best homestays.
Copying and pasting the address from Booking.com to Google maps takes you to the wrong place. Best to manual write the address and save it for your Grab driver.
There WiFi is intermittent.
Neither of which distracted from this lovely place.

Long story short: just perfect. Superfriendly and helpful staff, everything was very clean and the most comfortable beds of our entire Vietnam trip. Highly recommended!

the most welcoming, friendly, warm, helpful, and thoughtful staff we’ve encountered during this trip yet! their english is great!
the room was clean, beautifully decorated, cozy, we absolutely enjoyed staying there a few days. The location is great, you do have to walk less than 7-8 mins from the main street but I love that you get to see local restaurants, beauty salons and even the cutest ca phe spot a few meters from the hotel. I think it is totally worth it and so much better than staying right in the center where it is noisy and touristy +++
Their laundry service is cheap and very quick (got our clothes clean and folded within 15 hours max)
I recommend this place 100%
