Great location and property located at the end of a quiet street in town just a short walking distance from the Main Street shops and restaurants. Close to Jerome, Clarkdale and Sedona.

Very quiet, clean, relaxing place to stay, with an amazingly comfortable bed. Communication with the host was excellent. Nice that it was so close to Old Town with its shops and great restaurants.

We LOVED the way that no other homes were close we fellt that we were alone .The grounds are very nice and the birds sing all the time Would say GO you will LOVE It close to everything . I would add that you should tell people to go stright onto the gravel driveway we did drive around the block before we got IT But thank You for letting us Injoy your Peacefull Hideway

Walking distance to old town cottonwood.

We stayed here recently for two days. There were four of us girls and it was perfect for us. Great location at an affordable price. We could have stayed at Tavern, but why pay more and have separate rooms when we could stay together and have access to a living room, kitchen, porches etc. The house was adorable and clean. Well stocked. Beds were comfortable (but they are both queens). Owner was responsive. Sometimes when you check out of VRBO’s they have a long list of stuff to do but here we just left the house the way we found it. Not much else to do, which was nice. We had easy access to neighboring cities so we saw a lot. I’d recommend staying here.

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway. The communication was great and the host was very accommodating. The place was clean and had everything you would need. Would stay there again.

A friend and I had a girl's vacation. This little cottage was a perfect fit for us. It is within walking distance of town, a 10 minute drive to the Verde Railroad and a short distance to Out of Africa and wineries. The cottage is well stocked with all the necessities, lovely patios to enjoy the out of doors and a very quiet neighborhood. A definite five star home.

Pleasant house. I’d rent it again.

This was a cute place to stay with just a short walk to downtown Cottonwood. The neighborhood was quiet and we liked that we also had a nice place to park our vehicle. The place was very clean and the bedrooms were fairly good size with comfortable mattresses. We were able to spread out since it as just the two of us, but if you don’t mind sharing a single bathroom, this place can accommodate at least 4 people. The porches were an added plus too! Would recommend a foot ottoman for the living area. Scott was great to communicate with. If you stay here, Make sure you get some breakfast at the Crema Craft Kitchen on Main Street! Also recommend Adriana’s Mexican food Restaurant on Main Street.

This cottage was peerfct for 2 people although you could have up to 6 stay comfortably. Everything is new feeling , it's well stocked, nice quality appliances, comfy beds, great tv options, great central location, quiet and plenty of parking. Overall a great place.

This cottage has been beautifully decorated and provides everything you need. Super comfortable beds and spotless bathroom. Kitchen had all the gadgets, pots and pans and nice appliances to cook a meal. Nice back deck to enjoy glass of wine and good gas grill. Easy walking to downtown Cottonwood- a cute little main street with fun shops and restaurants. We highly recommend Merkin Vineyards Tasting Room and Osteria and Nic's. Both places had excellent food and knowledgeable staff that were friendly and fun! Thank you Scott for sharing your lovely cottage with us.
