The lady from reception was very lovely and helped us with everything. The room was spacious and clean overall. There is an elevator, breakfast is nice and location is perfect. I would recommend coming here, no doubt.
To improve: water pressure in the shower

The staff was very generous to allow us to enter our room at 7.30 in the morning after a night bus ride from HaGiang. They also gave us free breakfast so we are not hungry on the boat ride.

Staff was so nice, breakfast was delicious and the view was worth it!
Bathroom was smelly, mainly because of moisture accumulation, not enough ventilation to prevent it. The AC unit broke down while we were there…
