The main floor (Parlor level), with magnificent 11 foot ceilings and beautiful woodwork, is comprised of living room with TV and gas fireplace, as well as a brand new open plan Siematic kitchen with island and dining area. These two areas are separated by beautifully restored original pocket doors. Beyond is a powder room and a bedroom/den (sofabed) with an adjoining outdoor terrace in back. Three bedrooms are one level down (Garden level). The main bedroom has one queen bed, two fully outfitted closets and en-suite bath with tub/shower. The second rear-facing bedroom has two twin beds and a walk in closet. In front, there is a single smaller bedroom with a full bed and outfitted closet. Off the hallway there is an additional full bathroom with a glassed in shower. The baths are fully tiled with specialty tiles from StoneSource. Together, the bedrooms sleep 7-8 comfortably.
