Amazing grand hotel. So luxurious
No one answered room service phone call so I had to go downstairs to the restaurant to order but the meal itself was incredible

Great location, huge rooms, fantastic view of the bay with a great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was great, views beautiful. Hotel manager was really helpful, but not the rest of the staff
Staff not all that friendly. It was not very clean and charged for a couple of bottles of water in the room. Room just seemed a little underwhelming and not all that clean feeling.
