Personeel is erg attent. De kamertemperatuur was aan de hoge kant. Airconditioning staat namelijk nog niet aan. Dit gaven wij de volgende ochtend aan. Bij terugkomst in onze kamer, was de kamer heerlijk koel. Ze hadden een aircooler/ventilator geplaatst.
Kamertemperatuur maar dat werd netjes opgelost.

nice, clean business style hotel.
Very comfortable bed.
Good breakfast.
All amenities and facilities you shall expect from a 4* hotel.
Communication with the staff was very difficult. They did not speak english at all. They used a phone to translate chinese into english.
Even if I used booking.com and shared all my data including a VISA slip, they wanted a mandatory CHY4000 deposit. Which was approx. double that the cost of my full stay.
At check out, again massive communication difficulties. I understand that they wanted to retain part of my deposit for unknown reasons. My VISA was immediately charge with room costs as I received an SMS message from my bank.
About 20 minutes after check out, while having breakfast, they asked me to 'see' my VISA again. A picture was taken. They said it was for the 'records'. Very weird indeed.
Hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. Unless you need such location for a business meeting nearby, I do not see the reason to stay in this place.

Breakfast was good real value for money.
The smell of cigarette smoke in room 626 was there all the time and often exceptionally strong after cleaning so severely detracted from the perception of cleanliness. The actual cleaning was good. Apart from breakfast restaurant food was not great and did not represent value for money. By contrast mall food was excellent!
While not being arrogant enough to think everyone should speak English, communication with most desk staff was extremely difficult; they understood little even though we spoke slowly and simply. Not what is expected in an international hotel.
